The present study determines the relationship between the physical activity level and the Fear of falling in the elderly. The research method is descriptive-correlational, where 40 over 60 years’ inactive male volunteers are randomly selected. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Data are analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression. The results show a significant relationship between the physical activity level and the Fear of falling in the elderly. According to the results, participation in physical activities may reduce the Fear of falling.
